THis mornin at 6:40 - as usual she goes out the front door - Dh has just come in the side door to grab something and head back out-
so she comes running back in-
"OMIGOSH it is sooo windy out - I don't want to walk down the street - a tree is going to fall on me" (she made reference to the wizard of oz too)
(mind you there are all of 3 trees between here and the neighbor who we carpool with)
So DH says just in the truck I will drive you down. (yup he drove her down 4 houses)
SO they pull up in front of the house - and as shes getting out the flagpole in their yard uproots and goes flying!
Poor 11 year old was too scared to get out of the truck!
She ended up just running from his truck to the neighbors really fast!
