Still having trouble with website - Anyone else??

When I use the online booking tool, I often get the "dwarves" when I try to click on the room type and actually see the calendar and book the room.

When I can open the calendar, I cannot scroll through the months to see availability without getting the "Dwarves".

I have lost at least one available room because of my inability to book it immediately when it popped up.

This has been happening since the 3-day shutdown. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to look at those calendars.

I have cleared my cookies - and that didn't help.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there something I can do to fix it (akin to clearing cookies)?

Last night it happened to me but it was the first time. But I was not searching for anything specific.

Have not tried today.

I've been having that issue for over a week. I just hit the back button and try again, but it's really annoying.
 
I have had better luck on the phone vs. the computer but it does happen on both at times.
 

I am having issues ( for the past couple of weeks) adding park reservations to my Nov DVC rese using My Disney Experience. I have tried deleting my browser history on several occasions to no avail. Not sure if others are having the same issue?

This has happened to me consistently as you have described it. I get the seven dwarfs error page either by opening a drop down arrow to see the availability calendar, or by scrolling the availability calendar. It lets me click through a few times, and then after a few clicks, I get the error. Doesn't seem to matter the browser or phone vs. laptop. I've tried clearing cookies, using incognito mode... still get errors.

I have on and off issues with Safari. Have better luck with Chrome. There are times when I can't even log in via Safari but when I go to Chrome I'm logged right in. Sometimes I have to select the booking date twice when I go to search, not sure why. And sometimes when I go to look at the calendar I get the dwarves. Clearly Disney IT for the win.
 
This has been happening to me constantly. And I have missed the ability to modify my reservation to my desired resort MANY times now. Getting really angry.
 
Have had like problem, and yes, the Dwarves have now become the most hated Disney characters on the face of the earth.

I thought it was just my computer acting up! It's been happening for a few weeks, any time I try to check availability I get a few clicks in and bam, dwarves. Whatever the shut down was supposed to accomplish either massively failed, or perhaps succeeded...another attack on resale owners?? Only kidding...sort of...
