still having issues with getting the "Y" in my wallet

I just did a chat with MS she suggested I go into MDE and update/change something actually once I got into it I realize I never changed our address so I did really have to update something

anyways I still dont the the "Y"

what else can I do--things were so much easier when all you had to do was take a card out

After you updated the address and phone number, you have to delete the pass from your wallet and then set it up again.

Did you try that?

actually no I didnt--this is going to sound dumb but I dont remember how I set it up the first time--

it must have been easy since I almost had it except for getting the Y what is this page suppose to look like when you have the Y

when I click on the 3 dots it says

disney magic mobile pass
then its says call or website
then theres a spot to open MDE
next line has guest name it has my husband name and not mine even though its on my phone with a card for each of us

then it has an ID number
then the QR code

so not sure why Im having issues trying to get the Y

For whatever reason, some people loaded just DVC...they went back to MDE, deleted phone number, added it again, and then deleted the MM pass in the wallet and re-added it.

So, now that you have updated things, delete the pass from your wallet. Go back into MDE, and go to Magic Mobile pass, and add to the wallet again. Once you do this, it should update for you, as long as you did indeed delete the phone and add it back into MDE...why that works? No one knows but it does!!!

You can also delete the pass first from wallet...then go in to MDE...do the phone trick again (just to be sure) and then load again.

These are my steps from another thread. If you try them, tell me if they are correct. I keep updating them for future reference.

To download your digital DVC member card:

Log into the My Disney Experience app on your phone
Tap the Menu button (3 lines in lower right corner of screen)
Tap Disney MagicMobile in the menu
Tap Set Up Your Pass
Tap Change Pass Style to pick a different design
(I skipped the option to create passes for other people)
Tap Add to Apple Wallet
