My maps came fairly quickly - but no DVD. I'm guessing you should see your maps in the next week or 2 that you just re-ordered. The DVD - who knows.

Did you double check your address and especially the zipcode when you re-ordered the maps?

So I checked the mail a little late today and there it was! It finally came! Just got done watching it too, I really liked it.

I ordered ours one of the first days, and recieved it today (We live in WA state) Just in the nick of time--we leave Saturday!

However, DH couldn't believe we needed one--"Our trip is already planned!" He just doesn't understand
