Still DVC prides for Characters in Flight?

Can anyone confirm if this perk is still being offered for Characters in Flight balloon ride at Downtown Disney? We would like to do this one morning on our trip in 2 weeks. I was tempted to buy the Groupon, but thought this deal would work at better in case the wind isn't cooperative when we are there.
