Still can't decide, Garden Grill or Coral Reef?

I'm still undecided where to eat when in Epcot. I've booked The Garden Grill, thought it would be fun with Chip n Dale, revolving restaurant. But my husband is a diver, a water freak. We have other character dinners booked, so now I'm wondering if we should go for the Coral Reef instead. Is it amazing? I'm not concerned about the food. I know it's not always up to par, I'm looking for fun and atmosphere.

Boy, they are 2 very different places!!! I've eaten at both places and they have wonderful things about each place.

Garden Grill is a blast for the kids. It rotates around very slowly and it's fun to look inside the Livin With The Land ride. I prefer to sit on the lower booth levels so that you are looking outward as it rotates. The characters are fabulous and very fun. It's the only place to see chip & dale, so that's neat. The food is a fixed menu and the quality is decent. It's just a fun, character meal.

Coral Reef is beautiful inside with the enormous fish tank. Lots of fun fish to watch and cool when the diver is in there. Request to sit up front closer to the tank (doesn't always happen though). I thought the service was superb and the quality of food very delicious. Very yummy desserts.

So if you are looking for another fun character meal, then select Garden Grill. If you're looking for a better meal with a beautiful aquarium view, then select Coral Reef.

Ugh we couldn't decide so-

We are having lunch at Coral Reef at 11:30am and dinner at Garden Grill at 6:30pm lol

That's a tough one- they're both really good in their own ways. I enjoy both, so I guess I'd have to decide if I want the characters or not... Chip and Dale are AWESOME at the GG!
