Steps to purchase the AP via the members web site?

I have the steps I used last year but they must have changed. Now under the WDW Annual Pass savings and more you get the Walt Disney Annual Pass Savings FAQs. I don’t seem to get to the “how to purchase” part. Can anyone help or is that option gone?
