Day 2 – Saturday April 2nd. (The Parks!!)
Saturday morning, I had 15 min. of sleep. So I got up at 5:00 and walked around the hotel. And took some pictures, and just kinda chilled. I got some coffee from the cafeteria and went back to the room to wake everyone up. After all five of us, then showered and got ready in an hour and a half. Arriving at Animal Kingdom around 7:05 (woohoo for ealy park opening for resort guests) I guess I should mention, that we are all dressed in white t-shirts, I made that say our names on the front, and then on the back, my friends shirts said “today is my un-birthday” And mine said “today is my birthday” And I am also wearing my pink, sequined birthday crown I purchased from Claire’s.

Animal Kingdom

We arrive at Animal Kingdom and its dreary out.

We went to Its tough to be a bug (keep in mind this was my first time at Animal Kingdom) I did not like its tough to be a bug. It just wasn’t really that great. I thought it was to much at points and not enough all together. The tree itself was really cool. Amazingly cool in fact. So we went on to Dinosaur USA and rode Dinosaur like 5 times trying to get a good picture.

We never did get one we liked, but I went up there and got my free pic, which is still pretty funny anyway…. Then as we were walking back a CM who noticed our shirts, escorted us back to Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore, who were standing all alone, waiting to meet people. So we spent some quality time with pooh and eeyore, who were so funny. I told pooh I love hunny. And I swear he hugged me like 30 times. We told Eeyore he had lost his tail (he hadn’t) and he spun around for like a min, trying to see it and then when he did, he went into oh bother mode and we all laughed.

We then went and rode The Prehistoric Whirl thing. We rode it twice it was so great.
We didn’t do the rapids ride or the safari, because, it started getting sunny

At this point because it would be hard to tell the story with, I’ll mention that our shirts and my pin got LOTS of attention. Apparently there were cheerleaders there and we ran into groups of them everywhere, and they sang happy birthday to me everywhere. Lots of CM’s wished me a happy birthday and let us do special things, and told us cool stuff.
Inside info – Everest Looks AWESOME! I cant wait until its open.

So we left AK and hopped on a bus to MGM…….
Onto Part 3! ->
