We have had two of those cakes, one during Easter vacation and the last during our July trip. I believe it was three layers? maybe four. It consists of thick buttercream frosting in between the layers and a zebra striped top. Very moist and totally delicious! Neither one was eaten completely and both were in the room for a few days before we gave up. We had the first for my son's birthday and it said Happy Birthday Danny, along with some hats/horns/confetti. The second was "Congratulations" for my daughter's graduation. It is much bigger than it looks due to its height. I ordered both through AKL's concierge, but I am sure there is another way to order them as they must be getting them from AKL's kitchen. I would contact the resort directly and ask to speak with chef at Boma and/or Jiko.
