What is stem to stem? Been on 19 DCL cruises and I don't know.

Stem to stern. It's the wine tasting class. I feel like I've seen it in the navigator at various times of day so I don't know if it's possible to predict when it will be.

The 3 night cruises I've been on have had the Stem to Stern wine tasting on day 2. I can't remember the times. I remember it was mid-afternoon. Maybe 2:00, 2:30? Maybe later. But the times can vary from cruise to cruise so you may just have to book the nursery time once you're on the cruise.
