Steamers Restaurant at HHI?

Has anyone heard of the restaurant Steamers at HHI? Last night, I went to a local college football game, and they recognized someone there who owns this restaurant on the island. They also reported that he hires only graduates of the college. I had never heard of this restaurant, so I thought I would see if any Disers had.
