Steamer cleaners help

I want to buy a steam cleaner. I have a small changeover house cleaning business. This means I give a very quick light cleaning to vacation homes in between guests. The main reason I want it is to remove soap scum and buil up on glass shower walls. I would like to maybe do this to each unit once a month. If there was a unit that could also clean hardwood floor I would do that. It needs to be fairly portable as some units are second floor. It needs to heat quickly so I can get in and out fast. It needs to get hot enough to cut thru soap scum. I don't want to spend alot. I'd prefer to go cheaper and replace at the end o the season of I like it. I might also consider a portable and a floor unit as it might be able to help me be largely chemical free.
