Does it sound like the gear is working or is the gear not working? Have you taken the unit apart to have a look at what the problem may be?

I saw this post and am hoping you can steer me in the right direction. I have The Sorcerer's Apprentice animated cel that was working perfect. I just went to play it and it started, got half way through and stopped. Now when I press the play button I only jet a fast series of beeps. I changed the batteries but it made no difference. Any ides what might be the problem?

I can fix the gears by replacing them. I’ve repaired every different model one they made at this point.

I have 3 that no longer work. Bugs/Duck Dodgers, Wizard of Oz and Peppy and Penelope Vive Le Pew. Do you work on these?
