Steam Train Before the MK Parades

I know that the steam train doesn't run during the MK parades, but does anybody know the exact timing?

Would I be okay arriving at 7:00 p.m. at MK and taking the train to Frontierland to see the 8:00 Spectromagic parade?

Would I be okay leaving Toontown at 3:15 p.m. and taking the train to the entrance when there's a 3:30 parade scheduled?
