Stealing Things Off Cars!

I have never had any of my antanne toppers stolen, but this Christmas, 4 of my kids received electric scooters from Santa . We were leaving the day after for New Years at Ft. Wilderness. Christmas night, some idiots broke into my suburban and stole all 4 scooters! The chargers were in the camper so all they have are the scooters. I hate people like that! My kids were so disappointed that they did not have the scooters to cruise around the campground. . I have since replaced all 4 scooters (as of tonight and to the tune of another $800.00). I know the thiefs are minors and will not get in trouble. I still have the fingerprint dusting powder on the back of my car. It has just been a major pain in the you know what!

I have never had anything stolen off my car until a couple of weeks ago. I had a Christmas cling on the back window that someone removed. Thank goodness they didn't touch my antenna topper!!!

My aunt had her OnStar antenna "removed" from her Cadillac (not a cheap thing to have fixed).

Before Christmas, I was shopping w/MIL. When we returned to her car, someone had left an obscene "business card" under the wipers. I called it a "business card" because it was a small card, but it had some awful language condeming us for lots of political, moral, and social issues we may or may not have been guilty of. We assumed that it was totally random to put this on her vehicle, so the person that did it didn't know us or anything about us...but apparently came to the conclusion that we were the sole cause of all the world's ills!!!!

When he was walking me around the car he told me little things about all the bells and whistles and then when he got to the front of the car he pointed at the hood ornament and said " That is 50 bucks when you come to replace it " I asked him if they came of easy and he said no people steal them all day long .

My mom has had the hood ornament stolen off her Benz twice.

I gave my BF a POTC topper which he wont put on because he said some crack head might come by and steal it.

Poor crackheads. They get blamed for everything. LOL! I can't imagine a crackhead wanting a Disney antenna topper...unless of course it was full of crack or something.

I haven't had anything stolen from my car, but I have had my ENTIRE car stolen! Also, someone threw a rock at my tail light. I had to have the whole back light panel replaced.

I suppose that's what I get for parking it at the crack house all the time.

My first semester in college my graduation mickey mouse atenna topper was stolen. I was looking for it on everyone's cars in the parking lot, but no luck. I eventually bought a new one this time it is in my room. My mom has had her van broken into though. All they stole was my sister's diaper bag. All they would have found was diapers and wipes. I guess they thought there was money or something in it. It didn't look like a purse though. We have also had a few hubcaps stolen. I guess it's the location of our house. It's parallel to a major highway.

My mom has had the hood ornament stolen off her Benz twice.

How much does it cost to replace a Benz hood ornament?

My parents had their stupid Lincoln hood ornament stolen 3 times - it was $90 to replace it. The didn't replace it after the 3rd time.

FYI - about the magnetic ribbons...after having 3 stolen off the back of my mom's 4Runner..she got smart.

She has a rear windshield wiper. She removed the blade, threaded the magnetic ribbon down the arm, and replaced the blade.

The ribbon doesn't 100% connect with the car...some of it hangs (less then an inch) but it's mostly attached and does not flap in the wind.

someone will have to take some time to get that sucker off.

I have had two antenna toppers stolen off my car. One was my favorite baseball one! I don't understand who these people are -- if you are a bad enough person to be a thief, then why would you want a cute antenna topper from WDW on your car?

My daughter returned to college Tuesday night after Christmas break. The next day she discovered her cark broken into and the CD/stereo player missing. The dash and console were messed up pretty badly as well.

Another car was broken into as well and the window smashed, stereo stolen.

So much for paying $60.00 each month extra to park in the supposedly more secure parking lot behind the apartment complexes.

Same thing happened to DDs bfs car Christmas Eve. Christmas morning he woke up to find his window in pieces, stereo stolen, all his cds stolen, and the dash console messed up real bad.

So it happened ( not to me ) a friend of mine had her Benz hood ornament stolen I cant believe it happend during daylight !

They told me that it would be $50.00 to replace mine and when she went to replace hers they told her that was a deal they made for the 05's she has an 03 . Cost her 85.00
