I thought that the Wave was popular and had a good menu. Where they doing that bad that they needed to change the concept? I come from a city that pretty much only does steak good and the rest of the food is subpar, so am not really exited to see another steak house. I would prefer a more Florida food focus restaurant. Or pretty much anything other then another steakhouse.

Do you have any details on the menu? We love the Wave for the food and the value. I'm sure the food will still be good, but I'm super worried about the prices. Also, does this mean it will not be open for breakfast?I work there and it was actually really dating and needing an update. We really only got popular recently, I would say we were more of a hidden gem. When I first became a CM there, many people I told where I worked had never been or had no clue it existed!

I like both grass and corn feed beef for different applications but that’s just a matter of personal taste and still doesn’t say what’s on the menu.Living in the Midwest with amazing corn fed beef, I really have very little interest in a grass feed beef restaurant. It has far less flavor and is much tougher. Not a dig at them, just a fact. Compare to a Kansas City steak and you'll understand.
I don't care how you prepare it, it is not the same.

We loved that place too. It was a great "first night" dinner because the food was good, it was easy to get a table, and you could watch the monorails as they rolled through.I am with the Concourse Steakhouse fans
