Steak!!!! Steak!!!!! Steak!!!!

Just a reminder that anyplace can have a bad night and we had a very mediocre visit last month and for first timers it should be noted that despite all of the love here on the DIS for Shula's, there are better steakhouses out there, even in Orlando, just not on Disney property. Although Bull an Bear may be better and it's surrounded by Disney, it still is not on Disney property per se. It' much, much more expensive than Shula's though.

Char Crusted New York Strip at Flying Fish is my choice.

LOL (hence my username)

That always has to be a stop every trip for me.:thumbsup2

I will tell you I have had steaks at most of the best steak eateries on the property and the Ribeye I had At Planet Hollywood by far, has been the best yet, nice and tender, great flavor, boneless, cut it with a fork, don't take my word for it, try one for yourself, than come back and tell everyone I was right.

:cool1:

1. Shula's
2. Citricos
3. Yachtsman
4. Flying Fish
5. Le Cellier
6. Brown Derby

We do deluxe dinning so we have had steak at a lot of the signature restaurants. Surprisingly, the best filet I have had was at The Brown Derby.

Sorry, but this is even beyond comprehension. PH is a barely viable ff restaurant and cannot be taken seriously in a discussion of fine beef. I have eaten there a few times and it is barely above McDonalds quality.

We're eating at Shula's for the first time this Friday night, and I'm curious, what exactly is "Steak Mary Anne"?

Steak Mary Anne is twin 5 oz. Filet mignon's with a special sauce ... My daughter fave.

Shula's - hands down the best on property. 9i had not tried the Bear & Bull though).

After shula's - i would say the Flying Fish - although any other steak I've had in a WDW owned restaurant was basically the same quality - maybe prepared differently.

Like I said, give the Ribeye at Planet Hollywood a try for yourself than come back and tell everyone I WAS RIGHT

Like I said, I have eaten the crap at this restaurant and I wouldn't serve it to my dog!

no need to be rude to others. be respectful in your different views please

Not disputing prior claims in the least, but if you happen to be on the Dining Plan and need some one credit places, may I suggest:
-Coral Reef
-Grand Floridian Cafe
-'Ohana - lots of meat to be had here!
