if this is about what i said in the religion thread, you could have said it there instead of posting a thread basically asking for sympathy from everybody else. your posts are extremely intelligent but you always do carry that air about you that you're better than everyone just because you're two or three years older than the majority of the posters here.

I never said in the Religion thread that I thought everyone was beneath me. I said that I think you should be 18+ to be able to make a choice about your religion. Then I specified that younger people are impressionable but I didn't specify anyone here nor did I pick on anyone here. I'm not looking for sympathy, I'm a big girl. I'm simply informing everyone that I'm leaving so if anyone happens to wonder why I post no longer, this is it.

I know how it feels to be one of the older posters (18), so I think if you enjoy yourself here there's no reason a difference of opinion should make you feel the need to leave.
People need to be more understanding of others opinions and respect them.

but really, i'm going to be honest, i'm the same age as you, and i've never had anyone say "yeah, yeah we know you're older" or anything like that to me. I noticed from a couple of your posts you seem a tiiiiiny bit condescending to some younger disers. i'm trying to say this in the nicest and most respectful way possible as i think you are a really nice girl and you have lots of intelligent and interesting things to say.
