staying with fiance night before

DF and I will both be at WDW for 5 nights before our wedding, and we won't stay together until after we say "I do". We both come from traditional families, so we are being forced to stay with them until we get married  Last time we went to WDW, my FMIL was like "you 2 are going to sleep in seperate beds right?" Haha, I guess there is nothing wrong with being traditional!

We didn't stay together the night before - my mother would have none of that (despite the fact we had been living together for almost 2 years). I wish we had spent that night together though. I think I would have slept much better!

DF & I are getting married on the 5th Oct and wont be spending any time apart, even to dress before hand we will be together but we are having a simple courthouse service and not a 'big' wedding therefore no massive dress just something smarter than we would normaly wear in Orlando.

Mostly b/c of logistics I will be staying at my mom's house and DF will be at the hotel with his two kiddos and his parents for four days prior to the wedding. *sigh* I hate being away from him. He hates it even more and is continuing to try and "reason" with me...but he is in one room with his kids and there is just something reallly disturbing to me about sleeping in a bed with my DF while his kids are inches away in the next bed. I mean we bought our house last summer and have been livng together for a year, we have the kids half the time. They KNOW we share a room...but our room is "off limits" most of the time...I don't walk around in my t-shirt and undies in front of anyone...even last night DF's DD7 woke up with a fever and I was the one who heard her and got up with her, but I pulled on my sweats before I left the room...(3 different times!) I just didn't grow up in a naked house! ;) So we are all very "prissy" as my mom says!! :rotfl:

Long story long...we'll be apart until the wedding...and it will be GREAT to see him the day of the ceremony...it will be special to me, if no one else! :rotfl:

Even though we live together, it's important to us both to spend that last night apart--we both come from traditional families. So I'll be spending the night with my two sisters and best friend, while he spends it with his best man/groomsmen...I want him to be surprised about it all, so that he doesn't see me till the moment they open the doors in the WP. :)
