Michele DD insists I need to call Pop and tell them I am shipping a package or they will not hold it, Is she right??
DMM - if you would like me to send these claim tickets somewhere - I need an address! Also was thinking if it might be a good idea for someone to call on the 10th and pretend to be the person who is suppose to be picking up the boxes and then inform them that due to an emergency change in plans we need to change the info on the boxes? Maybe the boxes will surface magically around the reported pick up date? Also I was thinking about our experiences with luggage services and if I recall correctly they were always extremely busy in the mornings and late afternoons, but there seemed to be somewhat of a break midday and it seemed to get very, very slow late at night. Perhaps we should attempt things when they are least busy in hopes that they might be more willing to take the time looking for them? Just trying to think of something, anything to help!

I still don't understand how Disney does not have to compensate for boxes that they lost because we do have claim tickets????????????![]()
