welcome aboard. we have all the lists pretty much set, but if you would like to join i can definately fit you in. First i will explain it, then you tell me if you are still interested and can fully commit

You will see a list like this:Box 4
1800WDisney 9/2-9/7
Keilani5 9/18-23

You will look for your name (just an example here) and then you will see who is above you. You will then PM that person with your REAL LIFE first name and last name that is on the diseny reservation. THEN you will look on the list and PM the person BELOW you on the list and ask them for their real life name on the reservation.

Once you have this information you are ready.

UPON check in to the resort, you will recieve the box/bag that has been waiting for you at the resort. You will then use whatever is in that box to decorate the resort room window and or door with!!! Do anything you want with what is in the box. At the end of your trip all i ask is that you put everything back, then add some stuff of your own! THEN on the day you check-out you leave the box at the front desk for the next family arriving after you with their name on it!!!

Ok, all you die hard disney fans... with the projected path of Ernesto this am, looks like we are going to get some yucky weather for our 23rd wedding anniversary (starting this thursday). I have spent way to much money to be stuck in the resort for days (we only have a long weekend). Please let me know how you handle this.

okay sweetie, you will be JUST FINE! i promise!! we have been in a hurricane 3 times in the WORLD!! (the last 3 years!!) we still vacation this time of year b/c we love it!

Go prepared for a possible hurricane. We bring a flashlight, batteries and dry food (granola bars and such) to keep in the room and of course a bottle of wine . Bring board games or card games just in case you ARE resort bound. Those games that you plug into the tv are fun too. Or even just some books. you don't need too much b/c we SWAM ALOT! seriously!!! The pools weren't packed, but we made some good friends that we eneded up sharing said wine with. it's always fun.

NEXT you can always buy non-expiring on your tix just if you don't get to use all the days and you have tix for next yr!!! BUT WDW has only closed a few times in all it's history!! (we've been there for 2 of them!!!) and it was FINE!! we had a blast and knew we were safe safe safe!!!! ohhh and we bought out the resort shop! haha!! nothing to do when you can't go to DTD!!!

Thanks, you are helping me to feel better. I am so hoping that when I look at the map in the morning, it has improved. I don't want to sit in our airport all day Thursday, waiting to take off, I want to get there and GO to WDW. I will add these extra things to my packing list (since I should be packing soon). I am so excited about this trip and don't want anything to ruin it. Thanks for all you have done for the decorating at POP, can't wait for that either.

if you wanna hear a story about sitting in an airport!!

In 2004 a HUGEW group of us flew out together for our wedding in the WORLD!!! and once we boarded, we were SITTING in the plane for 3hours AFTER our flight should have taken off AND being delayed 3 hours while in O'hare!!!!! YUP! and everyone on the plane knew we were getting married so they kept buying us drinks and making sure the wedding wasn't that day!!!

it will be alright!!!!

Great, so both boxes arrived safely. I'm glad they are going to use instead of collecting dust on the garage shelf.

I will also be there on Dec 19-27. I already have some things together to take and would love to be able to leave what I have for someone to use. I would love to get in on this. I would be able to take more things if I could leave it. Have to make room for the souvenirs on the way home!!

So you would therefor NOT recieve the box until sometime on the 7th whenever 1800WDisney Checks out.

You need to PM her and give her your name and let her know she will be passing the box on to you after she checks out. She will leave the box for you at the Front Desk and you need to give her the FIRST AND LAST NAME of the person on the reservation.

Next you have to PM the person below you on the list and let them know you are new to BOX 4 and you will be needing her first and last name on the reservation as you will now be leaving the box for her

Just let me know once you get the responses and i will change the list.
