We are staying at Cabana Bay for a week in January. I have read there is a $10 per night charge for parking but haven't been able to find out if a parking fee is required again at the parks and city walk if staying onsite?

We're very familiar with Disney not so with Universal.

I don't know the ànswer to your question, but I can't imagine wanting to drive to the parks or citywalk so not sure why you'd need to find out. Walking and buses will be more convenient.

Universal is small. Once you park your car, you won't need it again to get to the parks or Citywalk. In fact you go through Citywalk to get to the parks.

Thanks all. Clearly I have no idea of the size...good to know it isn't spread out like Disney World is.

I believe the current parking prices are $20 per night for self parking and $27 per night for valet. As previous posters have said, once you park your car at any of the four on-site resorts you will not need to use it again unless you are leaving to go off property. Everything is within walking distance and there are free buses and/or water transportation as well.

$20 and $27 is for the 3 deluxe resorts. The OP has Cabana Bay correct at $10 a night although short term parking is more expensive.

The shuttle from Cabana Bay drops you at the Citywalk area, which is where you would park if you drove. And then you would pay to park at the Citywalk garage as well as paying to park at the hotel. :)

So don't drive in.

Thank you for correction. Did not see Cabana Bay in original post.
