Staying on points can you get free dinning?

Can you get the free dinning package if you are staying on points. We will staying 10/07 til 10/12 at SSR in a two bedroom and are waitlisted at BCV and BWV.

Nope, never. You must purchase the package from DRC which includes the room at rack rate, plus tickets for each guest.

So you can stay on points and buy the DDP or you can purchase the package and get free dining.

I just needed to add - we are traveling with friends (nov 28-dec 5) and when we found out free dining was extended our friends wanted "just to check" if the free dining would be beneficial to them. We have APs and they would be staying with us on points. Even with their tickets (7day MYW park hoppers) and the free dining they would be paying $110/night to stay at POFQ. Not bad I guess but I just can't see the value of the free dining when you pay full rate for a room that goes for $139/night on other promotions. Just needed to add my 2cents to the DVCers wanting free DDP!!!
