Staying offsite, buying tickets help!

Hi, our last trip was 3 years ago, and we all know lots has changed.

We are leaving in less than 2 wks and have not bought our Disney park tickets. If I purchase them tomorrow online, will they mail them to me...or will I print them off? I am so new at this and planning our family trip mostly by myself since DH works a ton.

So if they mail the tickets, is it correct to assume I would need to wait to have them in my hands to start reserving our FP times?

Also, do I want to purchase a band to wear? I am clueless and this "vacation" is starting to stress me out!!!!

If it were me... I would purchase tickets with Undercover Tourist and pick them up "will call" style (instructions on the website). As for bands, you can buy them at WDW and then link your tickets to the bands after you pick them up.

About how much are magic bands at the park? How tough is it to link tickets to these bands? We're buying our tickets from Disney.
