Staying off site and ADRs

Hi all!

First of all, how early are you allowed to make ADRs if you are staying offsite with no dining plan?

Now on to the good stuff...

If you had to choose the top 5 restaurants in the world to eat with children, where would you try to make ADRs? Our group is pretty diverse. Ages range from 2-90 and three of us are first timers (including the 90 yr. old).

You can make your reservations 180 days from the day you want to dine. But you have to call every day for each reservation. So you can't make one phone call (or go online once) and do all your reservations at once.
