Staying at WL in Feb. 2005 help!

I am staying at the Wilderness Lodge in the beginning of Feb. 2005. I have booked a Courtyard Room with the AP Rate, well I had to call back after I booked to add that we need a non-smoking room because my Fiance, soon to be hubby , has breathing problems. They said they would add it to the reservation. Later I had to add an extra day because we couldn't get the flight we planned. On that reservation it says non-smoking room requested, but not on our 7night reservation. Then we I looked at our reservations online today at waltdisneyworld.com it says that our room type is standard. What should I do?

I wouldn't worry too much about ading the non-smoking info for the 7th night, since you're most likely going to be in the same room on a continuing reservation.

But I'd definately double check the room type. I know we had discrepancies between what showed online and what our reservation actually was supposed to be, but when I called to verify, the stuff on the CRO computer was right.

I'd call CRO to be sure. Better to deal with any discrepancies now than on your honeymoon! We'll be there from the 6th-13th...will you be wearing your bride and groom ears?

When they modify your exisiting reservation, your requests get deleted. You have to tell them again to add them to your reservation.

When you call CRO, make all your room requests in the order of importance. If you have a courtyard and want to view the main pool ask for an inner courtyard view (otherwise you could get a view of the quiet pool). So, I would request non-smoking guaranteed (they will do this for medical reasons), then inner courtyard, and then whether you'd like an upper floor or lower floor (upper floors give better views and are further from the noise). If you want a quiet room, go for the quiet pool view. While more quiet, it will not be the spectacular view you get from the inner courtyard.
