We are staying at the AKV-kidani village for 7days from july21-27 and I want to know if there any thing I need to know before I go? Like when does the bus leave for the parks and when do they came back? is it better to take ur car or take the bus? We are traveling with a 2,8, and 14 year old and my parents. We are taking a light weight stroller for my 2 year old son so I'm hoping that well help.

Oh I forgot is there towels we can take to the water parks from the hotel or is there towels in the park we can us?

The buses come every 20 min or so from 0630 (for pre-opening park breakfasts) to about 90 min after a park closes. A separate bus for each park and DTD. At park opening and closing times the buses will come more frequently.

If you are using a stroller make sure that it is empty and folded BEFORE you get to the bus door. There is nothing more aggravating to the people behind you than waiting while someone struggles to get all their gear ready to board. I'm just mentioning this because you're a newbie and may not be aware that this can be an issue. :goodvibes

Whether to use your own car or Disney transportation is a personal choice. Some can't stand to wait for a bus or deal with possibly having to stand if the bus is crowded. Others don't want the hassle of doing their own driving, parking and then walking or having to take a tram to get to the park gates. You can find threads about this on the Theme Parks forum.

The busses to all the theme parks stop at Kidani first, then Jambo House. This means that you should almost certainly get a seat in the morning on your way to the parks. The only bus that stops at Jambo first is the Dowtown Disney bus.
