We always stay at the BCV’s and book restaurants at the BC, Yacht Club, Boardwalk and Epcot mainly. I hear SSR has terrible food choices. Have no idea where to book close by at Disney Springs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I plan on the Boathouse but not sure about other favorites. Thank you. ☺️

I can't vouch for it yet, but we're trying Morimoto Asia in September. Raglan Road is our multi-generational family favorite, for the food and entertainment - we never miss it.

Disney Springs has so many good places to eat! Some of our favorites are: Morimoto Asia, Homecomin, Wine Bar George, Jaleo, and Terralina Crafted Italian. For quick service, we go to Chicken Guy or Earl of Sandwich! I've also heard good things about D-Luxe Burgers!

To date these are my favorite eateries at DS:
Jaleo
Bar George
Morimoto Asia
MA Street Food (when only spare ribs will do)
Boathouse
Raglan Road
We don’t do Italian much on vac but Maria and Enzo is still worthy as is Pizza Ponte
Pleasantly surprised that the Chicken Guy is really good even cold and w/o sauce
Vivoli Gelato

There are more possibilities but I think I need to stay closer to further indulge which is why next trip we’ll probably leave the MK and Crescent Lake hotels behind and stay at SSR.

Proximity to Disney Springs is one of the SSR's greatest assets. We always go to Morimoto, Frontera, and Jaleo. You should be able to find something for almost everyone at those places, unless you have some people in your party who might prefer more plain food. A lot of people love Boathouse, which covers more standard fare. The quick service at SSR isn't bad for lunch type offerings like salads, flatbreads, chicken tenders, etc. Turf Club can be decent in a pinch if you are tired after a park day, as you can usually get a reservation and the food is decent, albeit expensive for the atmosphere, etc. Enjoy SSR!!

Oh you're in for a treat. As previous posters mentioned, Disney Springs is just a smorgasboard of GREAT food - and many of the GREAT options are quick service so you don't need a ressie. Some of our fave sit-downs:

1. Wolfgang Puck - fantastic renovation, menu is strong just like the old Wolfgang Puck Cafe and excellent service.
2. Morimoto Asia - gorgeous indoor restaurant; possibly one of the best interior restaurant space in all of DS; food is delicious as well
3. Jaleo - Jose Andres should be a saint
4. Homecomin - huge DisBoard fave
5. Boathouse - another huge DisBoard fave
6. Raglan Road - fun times - especially if there's live music. Love the bread pudding.
7. I know there's more and I just can't remember... you really can't go wrong in DS. Never been, but Wine Bar George is usually waxed poetic on the DisBoards.....

Oh and don't forget... many of these restaurants can be reserved via OpenTable. So if you can't get a ressie through Disney, check OpenTable. :)

If you're craving your Beaches & Cream burgers & fries and shakes, D-Luxe Burger is a strong contender. Polite Pig is fantastic as well in the QS category. Ghiradelli and Everglazed has shakes.

I'm a huge dessert person so don't forget the sweets. Wolfgang Puck has a great cafe/bakery section. Sprinkles Cupcakes. Obv Gideon's - and walking over in the morning from SSR puts you right in the front of the line if you go when they open DS. Everglazed for donuts. Joffrey's vs. Starbucks, etc.

Honestly, DS has more (and better) options than your Beach Club/Boardwalk/Yacht Club circuit. DS is a quick 10-15 min walk from the center of SSR (The Springs section where the main building is). Have a blast!

I second all of the DS recommendations that everyone else is making.

I think I would also throw in Olivia's Cafe at OKW, on the off chance that the Sassagoula boats are running by then. If the boats are running, I would say to definitely, DEFINITELY check out Olivia's.

Raglan Road is always a fave, but last time, we tried Jock Lindsay's, and it was so fun to look around at all the props and delicious food!

PLEASE don't give away the secret that is Olivia's Cafe!! We finally tried it on our trip in August and it was so good. In fact, the tofu coconut curry might be the best dish we ate during the entire trip!

At Disney Springs, we are big fans of Jaleo, Polite Pig, and RAGLAN ROAD!! We were supposed to try Terralina this past trip but the buses messed us up (well, I did... didn't realize buses don't run from parks to DisneySprings) so it's on the list for next time!

Many, many good recommendations here. Our favorites would be Morimoto, Boathouse, Wine Bar George...... And the Olivia's recommendation is also a good one!
