Staying at Riverside and ECV's

Okay, so we changed from Pop to Riverside. We are staying in a preferred room and I am going to need a first floor room. Since I'm renting a ECV from offsite. What's the best way to make sure that we get a first floor room? Are you able to request a first floor room? I don't want a king size bed because there will be three of us. Me and 2 20 year old boys.

Any advice is very helpful....

You can request lowest floor available when you do online check-in.

Additionally, POR and POFQ have a lovely fan site: portorleans.org Andre' (the site's owner) has put instructions there on how to fax the room assignment offices at POR and POFQ. There are no guarantees, but it certainly doesn't hurt to ask!
