how is the hotel? The rooms seem kind of small. I am so excited about this trip.

Por is a very nice resort one of my favorites at disney. Rooms are good size . My family and i will be there the same time.and there is 5 of us. Have a great vacation

We stayed at Riverside in one of the Alligator Bayou buildings (family of 5 - we needed the trundle bed option). We LOVE this resort! Very lush grounds, really neat pool, lots of atmosphere. We didn't find the rooms crowded; we were quite comfortable.

We just got back from our first stay at this resort. We had 3 adults and two kids (DS10 and DD7) in the room. As long as you keep the room organized (a big laundry bag/pop-up hamper and the 12-pocket shoe holder for toiletries helps), there's really enough room. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. However, we weren't spending a whole lot of time in the room. We just used it for sleeping and showering!
