I don't think there is a bus from POP to WWS. Best bet is probably a taxi.

The bus hours vary each day, depending on what's going on at EWWS.

For example, this week, bus service started at 8am Sun, 10am Mon, no service Tues-Thurs, 8am Fri, and 7am Sat.

Bus drivers get the schedule for the week on Sunday, so you can ask any WDW bus driver what the start time will be thru the following Saturday. If service starts at 7, the first bus will leave Pop around 7:10, and should arrive at EWWS around 7:25.

If you're attending a major event, the event sponsor may also be providing shuttle service for the event participants.
