Staying at CBR for first time - any advice?

Hey all -
We're going back to Disney for the sixth Feb school vacation week in a row and are staying at the Carribean Beach for the first time. Does anyone have tips/advice on getting the most out of the resort? What are your favorite things to do there? How's the food at Shutter's? We're looking forward to hanging out at the brand new pool! (And thawing out during this cold New England winter!)

I haven't stayed at CBR, but my parents enjoyed their stay a few years ago. Your question will probably get many more answers if you post it on the Disney Resorts board.

We will be staying at CBR for 1st Time this Sept.
