Hi. We are so excited to be staying at the FW cabins in late sept. Any tips or advice on loops we should request? My dh, dm, ds (3) and dd (1) will be going. I think the cabins will be so great with the kids. A little worried about having to take the internal bus to another bus or ferry. It is a pain lugging the kids and stroller but I think we could probably find better things to spend money on than the golf carts. We plan on getting groceries but won't have a car. We are flying from PA. Were thinking of using wegoshop. Any thoughts? Thanks, Trae

Enjoy your trip! Try requesting 2500 or 2600 loop close the the pool, laundry and bus stop. I was in 2712 in June and it was a short walk to bus stop not to bad to the pool. We had lots of rain so I was really glad we had not gotten the gulf cart. I have never used we go shop but have heard good things about it. Not to burst a bubble but.. we were supose to be in Ft. Wilderness last september when huricane Jean came calling, the night before we were due to arive I got a call from Disney advising us to check in at Old Key west we had a 1 bdroom for the whole week.

Hi. I can't help you choose a loop - we have a camper so what we pick is different. Don't worry about the internal buses. We have found them to very efficient and a great way to get around. I don't blame you about the golf cart - maybe if you know there is going to be a day that you aren't going to the parks you could get one for a day. Since you're flying you'll have to get your food down in FL. I hope you have a great trip - don't be afraid to ask more questions if you have them. :flower:

Can't help you on the groceries, but we had 5 kids under ten, including the 2 in the dbl stroller, and we LOVED the buses. You have to make sure the stroller is folded to get on. I used a sling on the buses for my 10 mo, and it also came in handy in lines for rides. I plan on doing that again for my 1 yo (will be her first visit to WDW!). Really can't say enough about the ease of using the buses. Plan about 1 hour from cabin to park, and you should be doing ok.
I requested 2500 loop, which is a shorter loop, near the bus stop and pool/laundry. It was great. We ended up with 2514, which was about a 1/4 block from the bus stop. I really liked it b/c the bus noise was muffled when we put the kids to bed early. Too close to the stop might be a bit noisy.
Our kids love the buses, they think they are one of the attractions! :)
Oh, and I never thought to request a high chair, but I think they can get you one if you ask. It would have been very helpful. There was a pack n play already in the cabin.

We used wegoshop in May when we stayed at the BC and we plan on using them again when we do the cabins in Feb. They were on time - and had my order perfect. We were able to get fresh dairy products and adult beverages. I would recommend them. (www.wegoshop.com)
