Staying at a value resort for the honeymoon?

I am really glad someone else posted this! I was just about to post the same topic! We were planning on going to Jamaica for one week but can go to Disney for 2 weeks for cheaper if we stay in a value.

Someone said that they were surprised you wouldn't be spending a lot of time in your room on your honeymoon....

My response to that is... it will be just as good in a value as it would in a deluxe....

That was me. I wasn't saying it would be any better in a deluxe. I was just laughing that everyone was saying they'd only be using the room for sleeping which just struck me as funny!

haha I figured that was what you meant... I just had people tell me "It's your honeymoon stay in a nicer hotel" to which I said that it will be just as well in any room. I would rather take a longer vaca than pay all that money for a hotel room. Personal preference... but I agree I don't know why people on honeymoons don't plan on being in their room. Maybe not during the day but definitely at night
