Just giving a brief review of 2 Orange Lake stays. I went in October of '06 and September of '10. We had an absolutely wonderful stay both times. I can't tell you exactly where we were either time (just can't remember). But, the first time we were overlooking the golf course in a 3 bdrm villa that was in a tower. It was absolutely beautiful. In '10 we stayed in a 2 bdrm villa (either East or West Village).
I can't say enough wonderful things about it. We LOVED the River Island pool area. The Lazy River was so much fun and they have little fountain and water play areas for little ones to play in. We also liked the restaurants (as much as touristy restaurants go). We only went to WDW or Universal two days both times and were so happy to stay at the resort. The whole area was very clean and fun.
We're staying on-site at the BCR this year but there's a small part of me that will miss OL. Can't wait to go back.
