I can't check my home email at work, but when I got home...my home email (which I use for most things Disney)...had a Stay,Play & Dine email from Disney Destinations in it. I tried to open it, but instead it just brought me back to my email home page. I tried 2 more times and the same thing happened. When I went back to try a slightly different approach it was gone. I check EVERYWHERE possible and it's not anywhere! :confused:

I've never had this happen, and most of the emails I've gotten like this wind up being PINs. Of course most also wind up being things I can't use, but still- ya never know. Has anyone had this happen to them? Is there anything I can do or anyone I can call to check?

I have not had this happen but how maddening for you! I would call Disney right now and ask them to check to see if you have a pin. Check your trash and spam folders, maybe it got into one of them somehow.

Good luck!

Oh well- I called and there's nothing. They can't explain the email either. Soooo odd!

I got the same email today. There wasn't a pin, they were just advertising the summer deals that are already posted. Be happy you didn't miss anything :)

I got same e-mail yesterday and today -- I got an e-mail that says oh we forgot to give you your pin # ==== but add your last name & zip code -- once I did it it says my name is wrong **** Dahhh I know my last name & the e-mail has my name spelled Correct

I just now got an email reminding me of my dining reservation at Rose and Crown - which was on 5/7 and I had cancelled! :confused3

I went back to check the date, thinking "How did I miss this email? Did they send it and I didn't see it?" and when I looked for it, the email was gone!

Disney websites and email programs are hinky! :headache:

This sounds kind of "phishy" to me. I've never heard of anyone having to email back or provide additional information on a PIN email before. Maybe they are bogus emails to begin with, and that is why the OP's email disappeared?

I had this email last week. Just found it yesterday. USED IT!!!! WHen you click on the link it brought you to the disney site and wanted last name and zip. I guess just to make sure the right person had the pin. Mine was for free dining through Dec. There was an email sent before that one that did not have the pin, this is where this odd one comes from.

^^^^::yes::

It is also possible that Disney has your email address associated with other guest's that you booked for on a joint trip. I get a lot of those emails. :headache:
