Stay more, save more in February?

Do they offer it at the Loews hotels only from April onwards, or would we stand a chance of that offer during winter break? DS has a full week off school in February (not all schools do), and a full week in April which is different than most of the other schools around here (it is NOT Good Friday week) so I'm trying to figure out whether there's an advantage to one over the other. SMSM rates at RPR would be a definite incentive!

The weather is a major difference. It can be very cool in Feb. The hotels are very full in April because of spring breaks, so better deals seem to be available in Feb. Crowds are also lower in February.
