Stay away from Disney World?!?

We will be visiting the parks Nov 10-14th. Spectro and wishes shows one time that week(Tuesday). We were planning on going to the Magic Kingdom that day but we are not sure if we should go to another park instead then park hop to catch Spectro and Wishes to try and avoid the crowds. Any suggestions???

PS. I've been planning this vacation for 1 1/2 years. I've read alot of web sites and so on and this site provided me with more info and tips than all the others combined-THANK YOU!

Actually, Spectro and Wishes show twice while you are there (Tuesday 11/11 and Thursday 11/13) Spectro is at 6pm and Wishes is at 7pm on both those nights

Wishes will be shown everynight your are there at 7pm so your biggest contender is going to be Spectro Magic. The park itself is usually not too busy during the day so I would just plan for that to be your park. What happens is basically what you are thinking of doing, there is a "cross over" that happens about an hour and half to two hours prior to Spectro, where people come to MK on park hopper passes from another park just to watch the parade. I would just plan to be in MK that day (why waste the travel time to leave another park). Just make sure you plan to get a seat early for Spectro...If you can get a seat on Main Street you will have a great spot to watch Wishes...

Thanks-I had this same exact question after seeing the schedule for January with only one night that we are there having Spectro. I was also considering changing parks but hubby said leave it the way it is. Could he possibly be tired of all my hard long hours of planning??

I will be visting during Nov 8-15 and I was trying to decide between Tues and Thurs as well. Do you think the fact that Tuesday is Veteran's Day will have any effect on Magic Kingdom attendance?
