Stay at the Swan/Dolphin and magic bands/tickets + fp

Hello,

Staying at the Dolphin in November. We have purchased tickets and Christmas party tickets which show on the app. However we do not have bands. Would we obtain paper tickets somewhere if we choose not to buy magicbands?

In addition, my daughter's name does not show as a guest in the MDE app. Should I call WDW or the hotel to get a name to appear? We booked through SPG. Without her name there I cannot make FP reservations...
