What information are you looking for? An atlas is a great resource for all kinds of information about the states.

Here is another good site to quiz you on states and capitals. You don't have to register or pay for the quizes, only if you want to do some more advanced stuff.

It lists every state, and I think the Capitals of each state.

It's been a while since I've looked at an Atlas.
I bet you can find one online.

Somebody, I remember doing the states in 5th grade. I enjoyed it so much, but I'm a U.S. History freak. Try typing in www.statename.gov. I tried this with NC and Tenn and each have an official state website. Lists lots of cool info and includes the current governor, etc. For a link, here's my state:

My DD is in 4th grade, and she's working on the states/capitals too.

One thing her teacher did was a map of the US that was blank, she sent the kids home with a bunch of photocopies of it, and the kids filled it out. One thing we did here was cut a few of them, so the states were individual shapes, and then she had to name them...she's much better than I was at this!

Might want to find a blank map...or you might want to get to bed, its 10pm est.
