I'd like to hear from anyone who has stayed in cabins 7000-7014 or 7500-7514. They are far forward, but I'm hoping there won't be a lot of hall noise because you are at the end of a dead end hall? Any opinions?

I'D BE INTERESTED TOO AS WE JUST GOT A QUOTE FROM DU AND THE CABIN # IS 7000. DO YOU GET ALOT OF MOTION THERE, OR WOULD YOU BE BETTER OFF MORE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHIP?

We stayed in 7502 on the Wonder and it was very quiet. There wasn't any real traffic as the room was past the furthest elevator in front so the only people going down that part were people with rooms there. The only others we saw were the captain and some officers. I think their rooms might be right past these so they have easy access to the bridge. It was a great room.

Just stayed in Cabin 7000 last of January. It was our 6th cruise and I didn't notice anymore movement than other locations. At times I did notice the noise like when we were docked in Nassau sounded like clanking metal. Door to crew stairs was right next to us & we used it during the drill. The noise never bothered us as we were leaving the room anyway. DU offered it as an upgrade and checked with me first since it was so far forward, but we were very happy with it. It was very convenient to the forward elevators.

WHAT COULD YOU SEE WHEN YOU WERE IN THE DIFFERENT PORTS. WERE YOU ON THE EASTERN OR WESTERN? WHICH WAY WERE YOU FACING A CC? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.;) :p

Hi,

Have been in 7512 on the magic and 7008 on the
Wonder. Never had any problems with hall noise in either room.
It is relatively quiet. Not alot of hallway traffic at all.

Patches,
I do have motion sickness so I take bonine and while I did sometimes feel a slight rocking at night it never bothered me. We found this location pretty convienent to everything too. Have a wonderful time.

Sorry to say I dont remember exactly what the view out the window was either time when we pulled into ports, Sorry!

We have a SPR booked for our March 2004 cruise so It will be our first time on Deck 5.
