So we had two rooms booked on a Wonder Merrytime Cruise. I first had an outside room and a gyt 11c. Then I shifted the outside stateroom to a 6a GYT.
I have been checking regularly for a deluxe inside stateroom for our gyt 11c. Today there were six. Four on deck 6 and two on 5. NONE of them could be booked online. I would click on them and then "no longer available' would appear. Literally, I tried to book those six rooms three times each.
I was really interested because the two rooms on 5 are "secret porthole" rooms.
I called and mentioned the issues I was having. I told her the cabin number on five I was most interested in. She booked in within a minute. When we were confirming booking - I said "Is that a secret porthole room?" and she laughed and said "I was about to mention that."
So if you are trying to change reservations online and it is not working, call. I really can't believe calling and talking to a human made that much difference. I am extremely excited that I have a "secret porthole" room.
