Yes, generally speaking. There is often an exception to these broad concepts. As always, your experience may vary.

Sometimes, I remember to state, “In my opinion.” I consider most of our answers to be just that. Especially when the question starts with “What is the best… or Which would you…”

Having smokers with terrible but loud music next door ruined our breakfast on the balcony until we spoke up. They still smoked but turned down the tunes. We just tried to not be out there at the same time. We had 12th small suite for my 50th to Alaska and it was a bit noisy But we pack a small white noise machine so it drowns out the sounds.
