Stateroom Question

Has anyone ever stayed in rooms 6116 or 6118? I noticed that it is really close to the elevators and I am wondering if that is a good thing or a bad thing due to the noise level. Can anyone tell me if this is a good location?

I think the rooms close to the elevators are a good thing. I've stayed in 7106, right near the aft elevators. It was very convenient, and I didn't hear any noise attributable to the elevators.

We've been close to the elevators a few times too, and they didn't seem to cause any extra noise.

We've stayed in 6616, same location just different side of the ship and we LOVED the location. The Aft elevators don't see much traffic and there is no noise associated with being that close. We loved the location so much, we booked the same room for our Nov 2003 cruise.
