I have a family of four and were planning on taking a cruise during the Summer of 2005. While checking on the DCL website some dates are sold out of rooms for four. But I checked on a particular cruise only site that stated that there were cabins available for 4 people  . Has anyone ever booked a Disney Cruise through any of the cruise only sites? How did it go? I am not sure if the information on the site is accurate.

I think that a lot of these sites buy up several rooms from different categories to re-sell on their websites. The DCL website may not show availablilty for a certain category, but a travel site that has purchased some of these rooms for re-sale would be able to offer them.

Note that I'm not a travel agent (nor do I play one on TV), so this is mostly conjecture on my part.

We booked in January for a March cruise, and several websites I checked didn't have anything available in the category we wanted, while several others did. We ended up with a guaranteed room in that category, which we apparently have, so I think they bumped someone else up to give us that room.
