PA Governor Rendell also declared State of Emergency for PA as the 11pm news was going off.

Maryland was in one as well. It was lifted as of 4am this morning. A $1000 fine for anyone out on the roads except for emergency personnel!

Some areas of S. NJ are experiencing coastal flooding! This is really kind of scary! I have no idea when I can get out of here!
