What I hate the most... is when people stand on the escalators just waiting for it to go up, they're so LAZY!
Ugh, then they take up the whole thing, and you can't get by them, so you have to wait too because they're way to lazy to just walk.
I run on the escalator too.

No, it's to get you there like.. 4 times faster than you would if you took the stairs, but that's only true if you actually walk up there too.
Standing in everyone's way is just a good way to piss everyone off.
Then there's the people who don't stand to the right when they decide to stand...
That just causes even more trouble.
And then there's the ones who stop when they get to the top, *** is that? you don't just STOP there unless you like being bulldozed by people.

They need to make a sign that says all these things and put them by every escalator.
