State a completely random fact about yourself.

I've never had a beer. Not even a sip. Give me a girly fruity drink anytime.

I detest getting my haircut because I can't stand sitting there staring at myself in the mirror.

Have a fear of water at night. no idea why, during the DAY however this happened~ I was in FL and my DD was snorkeling lost one of her fins she had just gotten for her birthday, so I paddled out on a raft so I could lay face down and scan the bottom for it. Suddenly I see a dark shadow of what I think is one very large sting ray, but it keeps going and going, directly under me, and then the fin..then the tail..and it's completely silent! I didn't hear anything, just saw it glide under me. I pretty much skeedaddled to shore after that. My brother was laughing and my mom was just saying, "she saw something and it wasn't the fin she was after" SO I guess, my DIS name came true except not the fin I am a fan of lol. I *think* it was a guitar shark which aren't dangerous and can come close ,and I know this, but that silent, errie-ness is what got me.

I can whistle really loudly and my whistle to get my kids home became a kind of "if you hear the whistle, check in at home" for most of the kids on the street lol.

Every night I sleep in a sleeping bag, on the floor, next to my bed, in my bedroom.
My DS sleeps on an army cot next to his bed, lol.

In college I competed in axe throwing competitions. I work inside and am not at all athletic now so I'm glad I had that experience!

I am a Backstreet Boys fan but didn't become one until I was an adult.

I will put on club music and dance to it while I'm doing housework. DD2 walked in on me, shaking my booty to Usher's Yeah, while I was doing the dishes.....

It's the only time I listen to that kind of music. Otherwise, it's country, 80s tunes, or rock.

ETA: apparently, I forgot punctuation.....

You can win an Academy Award and not have it be an Oscar. And I have one of those recipients in my life. Plus the Oscar guys, too.

As in a special Academy Award for a body of work, an honorary? Simply curious. :goodvibes But then again you said win, so maybe back to the drawing board.

I can roll the edges of my tongue together and flip my tongue over both to the left and right.

And if you had returned it damaged?

I was successful in my endeavor of keeping it safe! And if it had been damaged……well……the guy’s gotta have back-up bows, right?

Where did Yo-Yo Go?

I couldn't help myself...I had to ask. Seriously what did he say to you when he handed it over? Or was it an assistant?

It was my boss and she told me I had to take it to the bow maker to be rehaired. I was super nervous walking down the street to catch a cab with it, thinking, “This will be the day a bike messenger runs into me.” But I sheathed it in a rather large bagel bag so it was protected.

Well - I'd heard that once he forgot cello in a taxi, so if anyone understands about mistakes it would be him. The bow was placed in a case, right? It's not like you were carrying it loose.

BTW - saw him perform last August at UC Berkeley. Awesome performance although it was a bit chilly. Once he started playing, his eyes were closed and he didn't open until he stopped playing. I also didn't expect that it would be amplified. It was outdoors so there wasn't concert hall acoustics.

I get massive anxiety and pretty much want to punch someone when I hear them chewing/crunching on anything hard. Literally makes my skin crawl.

Ditto! Extreme rage!

I enjoy kicking off snow that builds up around the wheels of vehicles.

I always tell my husband that this is the.only part of winter I find.enjoyable!

I have extreme anxiety and near debilitating panic attacks but I refuse to take.meds or get counseling for.it because both of those options cause.me too much anxiety....relying on medication to live or having.to.talk to a stranger. So, I just push thru. Some days it is a struggle to just open my eyes.
