Can you get star wars souveniors like at Star Tours? My son is a fan!

My son is also a Star Wars fan and yes you can buy Star Wars stuff at the Star Tours gift shop. You used to be also to buy it in the Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland but that is iffy.

If he is a really, really big fan you should consider taking him during a weekend in May. We took my DS to Star Wars weekend last May and he loved it. By the way he is 22. They had several of the stars signing autographs and many characters around the Star Tours ride.

It is also a great time for the parents because at EPCOT there is the Garden Festival at the same time.

Another vote for the Star Wars weekends at the studios. Last May DW and I went to EE at MGM just to catch a couple of attractions, but we planned to leave just before regular opening to go to another park. As we were preparing to exit, the storm troopers music started and about half dozen storm troopers came out to greet those who were lined up at the gate waiting to get in. It was so cool we almost changed our plans(we had a PS for breakfast or be would have stayed). I don't even know what else they do during the SWW, but just the part we saw was worth going.

Another vote for the SWW during May and June. We have been to the last two and (fingers crosed) the next one as well. Since the movie opens 5/19 next year, we are unsure of what they will be doing, whether it will be large or small or what.

You can get toys at Once Upon a Toy at DTD, but for the imperial and rebel shirts, keychains, and other souveniers, Tatooine Traders is your best bet.

another souvenir idea is to look on ebay and buy some there, then have them to present when you get to DW, depending upon your son's age.

My daughter loves disney beanies, and I was able to get lots for reduced prices, which we then presented as surprises during the trip.
