I have decided to commit to the Whole30 program with a start date of September 8th (you can read more about it here http://whole30.com/ ) and I have to admit, I am a little worried about what I've gotten myself into
On July 7th I had surgery to remove Endometriosis and my doctor recommended that I follow an anti-inflammatory diet to help manage my endometriosis symptoms as well as help control the disorder. The Whole30 program seems to be a good way to get started- from the website, "a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system."
Has anyone else done the Whole30? Anyone interested in joining me starting September 8th?
